Hoppe’s No. 9 remains the most widely used remover of powder, lead, metal fouling and rust.

Warning: Be sure firearm is unloaded before cleaning.

Verify your gun bore is free of obstructions after use of this product and before firing.

How to clean a gun barrel: Saturate one patch well with Hoppe’s No 9. Push it slowly through the bore from breech and out muzzle. Repeat, working rod both ways.

Put on a dry patch, rub well; change patch until one comes out clean.

Ensure to wipe nickel surfaces dry after cleaning.
