Sig have released their first bolt-action rifle…. the Sig Cross.

A compact, ergonomic, lightweight, and accurate rifle available in 308 and 6.5CM.

The Sig Cross has a skeletonised-design aluminium adjustable stock that has been fixed for the Australian market.

The rifle has a one-piece receiver/chassis/magwell which is lightweight and allows for excellent accuracy.

The bolt accepts interchangeable bolt heads for different calibers. Sig is offering the rifle in 308 Win, and 6.5CM at this point

The barrel is made by Sig and is a nice blend of accuracy and lightweight enough to carry while hunting.

The barrels come with their own extension so that headspace is built in for easy caliber changes.

The barrel attaches to the receiver just like an AR barrel.

308 Win has 16 in (406 mm) stainless 1:10 BBL and 5rd Polymer Mag
SIG Precision Stock with 2-Stage Match trigger
Alloy forend, Polymer grip and weighs in at 6.5 lb (2.94 kg)
 
6.5CM has: 18 in (457 mm) stainless 1:8 BBL and 5rd Polymer Mag
